They have been shown to cause harm to humans, animals, and the environment. Some studies show that genetically modified food causes organ damage, gastrointestinal, immune system disorders, accelerated aging, and lastly infertility. With this is a lot of negative impacts with GMO Foods.

The Steps to How a GMO is created?
Genetically modified foods are created by placing the DNA of one source and placing into another to get the desired trait. For plants it is usually a bacteria or organism that is forced into cells of a plant to create a desired trait.
Steps for this are:
1. Identify a trait of interest
2. Isolate that trait
3. Inset the desired trait into the new genome
4. You then Grow the GMO!
